Spot2
Spot is the only digital platform for commercial real estate in Latin America that uses technology to automate and simplify the rental process from start to finish.
I had the opportunity to work with Spot2 in a design challenge where I had the task of improving the usability, ui and ux of any scenario on their website.

Defining the vision
Main problem
Having the freedom to choose any problem to address in improving the Spot2 website, I took the liberty to enhance its homepage along with some other improvements in interaction, information organization, and overall usability of the processes.
Potential impact
The intended impact is to enhance the user experience, attract and retain business users so that the company can generate profits and continue to grow exponentially.
Proposed added value
What
Improve the website usability, architechture and overall UX, create an appealing experience that is time-proof.
Who
For business people that want to lease their properties and profit from their assets.
When & Where
Web and responsive.
The design
The research and insights helped enormously when putting together this design and there are some important features that I wanted to highlight in this design:
Clear and simple design
Ability to see what services does Spot2 provide
Ability to see properties listing directly at home page
Testimonials in order to build trust in future users
Added chat-bot feature to help users get in touch faster
Added a "blog" section where users can see the last entries, the blog already existed but the site didn't use it at all
The takeaway
Keep the target in sight
It can be really challenging to create a succesful business such as Spot2, and investing in good ux can elevate and enhance profits, as some of the details that I found on the site in comparison to others was proof enough.
